Terms and Conditions for Collection and Use of Personal Information

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these terms and conditions is to guide the usage and utilization of personal information collected by SUPERSTONE Inc., operating at www.BelleMu.kr (hereinafter referred to as ‘BelleMu’).

Article 2 (Collection and Use of Personal Information)

① “BelleMu” collects, uses, and utilizes the following information necessary for handling user inquiries:

1. Collected Information: Company name, contact person/position, region/country, contact information, email, classification (professional/clinic/distributor/other), inquiry details

2. Purpose of Use and Utilization of Collected Information: To process and respond to user inquiries

3. Retention Period of Collected Information: Until the processing of user inquiries is complete

② When “BelleMu” collects personal information that can identify an individual, it must obtain the consent of the user. Users can refuse to provide personal information, and if they do not consent, their inquiries will not be processed.

③ The provided personal information will not be used for purposes other than those agreed upon by the user or provided to third parties without the user’s consent, and “BelleMu” assumes all responsibility for this. However, the following cases are exceptions:

1. When providing the minimum user information (contact person/position, phone number) required for delivery requests to the delivery company

2. When provided in a form that cannot identify a specific individual for statistical purposes, academic research, or market research

3. When necessary for payment settlement following transactions of goods, etc.

4. When necessary for identity verification to prevent misuse

5. When there are unavoidable reasons required by law

④ Users can request to view and correct their personal information held by “BelleMu” at any time, and “BelleMu” must take necessary actions without delay.

⑤ “BelleMu” limits the number of administrators for personal information protection to the minimum and takes full responsibility for any damage to users due to loss, theft, leakage, or alteration of personal information.

⑥ “BelleMu” or any third party receiving personal information from “BelleMu” will destroy the personal information without delay once the purpose of collection or provision has been achieved.

Article 3 (User Obligations)

Users must not engage in the following acts:

1. Registering false information when submitting inquiries

2. Misusing another person’s information

3. Damaging the reputation of “BelleMu” or interfering with its operations

Article 4 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)

① For disputes arising between “BelleMu” and users regarding the collection and use of personal information, lawsuits will be filed under the jurisdiction of the user’s address at the time of the complaint, or if the address is not clear, the local court with jurisdiction over the residence. If the user’s address or residence is not clear or the user resides abroad, the case will be brought to the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.

② Korean law applies to lawsuits between “BelleMu” and users.
